Hi my name is Carly, thank you for visiting my website. I am a wife and a mummy to two amazing boys age 8 and 6. When I'm not entertaining my boys, I like to keep fit, eat healthy and find natural, holistic ways to live a healthy and happy life. I also like to socialise with my girls and of course, my beautiful family.
My love of holistic therapy started when I was at college studying Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy. On leaving college, I wanted to pursue my passion of massage and went on to complete further studies including Reiki, Hopi Ear Candle, Indian Head Massage and Hydrotherm massage.
